1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Variance Loop ecosystem—including but not limited to the Terminal, News, Cinema, and Cars platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our proprietary ingestion engines, data synthesis tools, and corresponding dashboards.

2. Nature of the Platform & Disclaimer of Advice

Variance Loop is an autonomous data synthesis and algorithmic intelligence platform. Our proprietary infrastructure processes unstructured public data, macroeconomic wires, SEC EDGAR filings, and vector geometries.

You explicitly acknowledge that Variance Loop is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, legal entity, or engineering certification body. The outputs generated by the Variance Ingestion Engine are probabilistic in nature and provided strictly for informational, educational, and research purposes. Terminal metrics do not constitute financial advice, and Cars vectors do not constitute engineering or safety endorsements.

3. Algorithmic Processing & Data "As Is"

Due to the autonomous nature of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and high-velocity data ingestion, outputs may contain anomalies, latency, or inaccuracies. All insights, divergent metrics, and sentiment analyses are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Variance Loop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risk and liability for capital allocation, strategic, or operational decisions made based on our data.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct

The Variance Ingestion Engine, our proprietary vector mapping models, dashboards, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Variance Loop. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the platform.

You agree NOT to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models; (b) deploy automated scrapers, bots, or data-extraction tools against our interfaces; or (c) resell, redistribute, or white-label our proprietary synthesis without explicit corporate authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Variance Loop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or inability to access the platform, or any conduct or content of any third party or algorithmic output on the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
